The lift was frequently busy, forcing us to take the stairs on multiple occasions, which was inconvenient, especially on the higher floors.

i had a romantic trip and elite exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i felt taken care of by the staff, especially mr gewrgios who went out of his way to help me.
